Cancellation Policy:

• Court reservations and cancellation fees are the responsibility of the person who booked the reservation.

• Cancellations must be initiated at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to scheduled reservation.

• Non-compliance with this policy will result in the booking member being charged in full for the reservation.

• When cancelling at least 24 hours before the event, if already paid, the member receives a credit on their Court Reserve account. If cancellation occurs within the 24 hour window before the event, there is no refund.
